Residents Associations Accounts & Audit

What is a Resident’s Association?

A Residents’ Association (RA) is a local group, made up of local residents who represent the interest of everyone living in a particular are or building, they are set up for everyone to join and membership is open to all local residents (tenants and leaseholders).

Why are they worth having?

A group of voices is more powerful. Being part of a united collective who share your living environment means you have the chance to influence the quality of services to your local community and improve quality of life.
