Treetops is a growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in Farnborough Hampshire, established in 2000. We deliver a full range of accounting, audit, tax and business advisory services to a wide range of clients from not-for-profit to sole traders to multi-million-pound businesses throughout the UK and abroad. The client base is diverse and interesting.

Our working culture is one of informality whilst still maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards, and offering a superior client service.

Our own values are primarily reflective of the five fundamental principles of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, namely: Integrity, Objectivity, Professional Competence and Due Care, Confidentiality, Professional Behaviour.

Why work for Treetops?


We provide a hugely collaborative environment (both within individual offices and between our two sites) where we assist and support each other. This has been particularly borne out during the pandemic when our online collaboration, communication and generally keeping in touch was evident from the very beginning.

This collaboration is also evident in our monthly CPD sessions where we get together and discuss how any developments in the accounting and tax world will impact on our clients and the work that we do.

Personal and professional development

We encourage professional and personal development and give our team the opportunity to achieve this though the availability of a wide variety of work, regular CPD and also the opportunity to study for accounting qualifications, and to take on increased responsibility.


We believe that a good work life balance makes for a happy and productive team. We have always offered flexibility allowing our team to work around family and domestic commitments through flexible hours as well as working from home.

Some prefer the office environment to working from home and we have plenty of space if that’s your preference!

There are also of course our regular social and team-building events throughout the year (more of those to come post-pandemic) and our annual Christmas trip abroad (also currently on hold during the pandemic).
